The Clitoris

Why do we learn about penises, but not the clitoris? The clitoris is the pleasure center of the vulva. It doesn't have a central role in reproduction like the penis or vagina — it's pretty much just there to make you feel good! (Planned Parenthood).

Telling a child that they have a clitoris is an important part of self actualization that begins in diapers.

Girls and women can have a clitoris. Trans-men can have a clitoris. Non-Binary folx can have a clitoris and people with developmental or physical differences can have a clitoris.

Shaming and silencing people for talking about sexual anatomy or the role of the clitoris is a form of control.

A cheeky way to look at low desire

Low desire happens. It is as simple as that. Low desire does not mean you do not love your partner. Low desire does not mean you are not attracted to your partner. Low desire does not mean that there is something wrong with you. BE CURIOUS. Why don’t you want to have sex? Could it just be gas? If not wanting to have sex bothers you, maybe it is time to talk with someone like me……or maybe even your partner.
